Asmodee. Wargamer reports that the tabletop company was saddled with $958M of debt as part of the Embracer split. The other two divisions did not receive any debt.

D&D Beyond. Wizards of the Coast announced changes to the D&D Beyond marketplace – namely that the physical/digital bundles will now be available, while a la carte purchasing has been removed.

Game Changer. Kotaku reports that the maze game from Game Changer’s recent episode, Deja Vu, is available to play for free on itch.io – the password is GC123.

Hasbro. Gamesindustry.biz reports that Hasbro has over $1B invested in video game development – including new IP. Titles include a Dungeons & Dragons game, a Snake Eyes game, “something spooky,” and Exodus, a new sci-fi IP.

Square Enix. Game Developer reports that Square-Enix records $140.8M in “content abandonment losses” after making cuts to streamline its development pipeline.

Unity. Venturebeat reports that Zynga’s former COO Matthew Bromberg has been appointed as CEO, president, and board member.
